The Harris 24-foot pontoon with Suzuki power sits right in the sweet spot for groups who want reliability over flash. Suzuki outboards have a reputation in the marine industry for holding their tune across thousands of hours — you are not going to deal with the kind of temperamental behavior you sometimes get with older Mercury setups on rental boats.
This one is built for longer trips. The seating arrangement accommodates up to 10 people without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw. There is a changing area, a built-in cooler, and enough deck space to actually move around rather than performing that awkward sideways shuffle every time someone needs to get to the bow. We run it from Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, and Boca Raton depending on where your trip starts.
Ideal for Intracoastal cruising, sandbars, island hopping, or just an easy overnight anchored in one of South Florida’s protected coves. It is not the fastest boat in the fleet — groups who want more top-end speed in the same pontoon category should look at the NauticStar 243 with Yamaha SHO — but it is one of the most honest boats we run. It does exactly what it says.
This is also the platform we recommend most often for groups planning to deploy a jet board or eFoil alongside the trip — the wide beam stays stable when someone is climbing on or off at the stern. Our notes on jet boards from a rental pontoon in South Florida explain why deck width matters more than most people expect. Our multi-day rental rates make the extended Intracoastal circuit from Boca to Fort Lauderdale viable without the day-by-day cost pressure. Full fleet comparison at our fleet page.
