The Tahoe CC is a center console built for people who take fishing seriously but do not want to pay sport fishing charter prices to do it. The layout is what you need: open deck, 360-degree rod access, stern livewell, rod holders, and a cooler situation that keeps your catch cold without being an afterthought. It is not dressed up with unnecessary features that would just get in the way when the action starts.
At 21 feet it is nimble enough to work the backwater and mangrove edges where the snook and redfish hold, and it has the range to run offshore to the reef line when dolphin and snapper are the target. South Florida gives you both options within the same trip if you time it right — backwater in the morning before the wind builds, offshore reef during the calm midday window, back before the afternoon squalls. We run this from Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach, both putting you within minutes of the reef-accessible inlets on the East Coast.
For groups who are not fishing, it works as a capable day boat. The hull handles chop well for its size and the fuel efficiency at cruise speed makes longer distances reasonable. Miami to Bimini day trips have been done on this class of boat many times — conditions and preparation matter more than length when making that crossing. If open-deck fishing access is the priority but you want a larger platform that can push further offshore with more comfort, the full-size Center Console in the fleet runs the same layout at a bigger scale with more freeboard for offshore conditions.
Fishing gear is not included but we can point you toward the right tackle shops near each pickup location. Our weekly rental rates work well for the fishing trip format — enough mornings on the water to actually hit the right tide windows two or three times rather than once.
